All digital guides and infoproducts are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the material has not been fully accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us via the contact us page with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Certain consulting packages and custom document drafting services are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the bespoke nature of these offerings. We will notify you at the time of purchase if you select a non-refundable option.
